"Comfy stay in Moab !"

It was even nicer than the photos! Very comfortable and the staff was extremely responsive to help us with a few initial problems. Loved the outdoor space and the Fiesta dish ware! The pool was right next door. The neighborhood was quiet and dark enough at night to see the beautiful stars on a clear night.

The property is advertised as having a pool but the was closed. My kiddo was very disappointed.. We love to unwind on vacation and watch family movies but the TVs are old and not smart TVs such an inexpensive upgrade would be really nice.

我们对房子本身没有意见，但是对房东有强烈的意见。我们在入住期间因为不小心（桌面没有任何使用提示和桌垫等保护），把桌面烫伤了。我们第一时间告知了房东，也放上了小礼物表达歉意，并表达了愿意赔偿的意愿。但房东报价250美元的赔偿金（远超出房价，和我们对普通餐桌价格的认知）。我们对此赔偿金不认同，并一直与房东进行沟通，但房东在没有提供任何购买维修桌子的依据情况下，单方面擅自从我的信用卡上扣了款，对此，我们非常愤怒。我们放弃与房东的沟通，联系Booking平台，在我们的要求格平台的联系下，房东提供了维修照片和可疑的发票。照片显示桌面有标志出来的旧损伤，我们造成的损伤只是维修的一部分，但房东是个撒谎者，他声称所有伤痕都是我们造成的，这是可耻的谎言。我们会坚持向平台投诉，并提请关注这个房东是个不诚信的人和撒谎者。
