Facility was good

Feel abit scared wit the toys like the bears with single eye ,and in the night find abit disturbance.can feel negative energy .

House was big enough to cater for us, and even have kitchen for us to cook. The kids enjoy the bicycle provided.overall is good stay.

One of the flush in the toilet is not working,informed to the staff, they are quick to respond on that.

First of all, the service of the staff is highly commendable. They set up a group chat with a few staff members so they could respond to your queries or request almost immediately. They are all very polite and responsive. The place is nice and spacious. It could easily fit 11 pax, and each room comes with an attached bathroom. Basic kitchenware, fridge, TV, ironing board, hairdryer, toilet roll, etc. are all available. They even have bicycles in the unit! The only things you need to bring are toothbrush and toothpaste. Hygiene wise, I think overall it is quite clean, but don't assess them based on hotel quality. It can be better, but good enough. A few items are broken (e.g., wardrobe handle and the light at the car porch), but these don't affect the experience. Location wise, it's located at Kuah. There are food and convenient stores nearby, the only downside is it's about 30min from the beach, where most attractions are located at.
