"overall it was a nice stay for a big group of people."

spacious rooms with extra mattresses. Detergent was provided for the washing machine. 2 units of bicycle were provided as mentioned. cooking was allowed during our stay. tissue, and waste plastic bags were provided.
1. no PS3 as mentioned in the booking page 2. backyard no lighting. 3. need to add some utensils in the kitchen. 4. not happy to log off electricity when we leave the house because we need to use the washing machine while we are out. 5. The mop is not clean. that kind of mop cannot be used for the tiles. It makes the place look dirtier after mopping. 6. Staff was not responding promptly / calls were not answered / WhatsApp app was replied to after 5 hours.

The host texted to check on us from time to time which is very heart-warming. The house is sparkling clean. Not only the house, but even the floor at the balcony is dust-free! Which is absolute amazing!

I like that the host initiated a ws group for us to communicate, and it was linked to a car rental service as well. The staff were friendly and nice. I faced a problem with the ac, but they were quick to help me to rectify it. Seamless check in and check out processes. Rooms were sufficient, each room had a bathroom with heater heater attached. I went with 7 adults and 1 toddler👍🏽
Some of the rooms appeared to be dimly lit... Maybe can put some small lamp at the corner? Also, the tv only had netflix and other online streaming shows. It would be nice if they can have a local cable show/programmes
