1. The Coway water dispenser 2. Washing machine

1. Slippery flooring in all the toilets 2. Strong pungent cockroaches smell from the kitchen basin 3. Non working water heater for downstairs bathroom 4. Stains on white color bedsheets in one of the upstairs bedroom 5. Pictures given during/prior to booking differs from the actual ones 6. Master bathroom with water stagnant and unable to drain....have to wait a while 7. The adjoining bathroom with the 2 bedrooms creaking sound when open/ close and when the door opened it keeps hitting/banging on the small basin.. 8. All the doors irregardless of bedrooms or bathrooms doors need to be top up with 4wd oil......lubricant oil...disturbing sound 9. No shoe racks
