Seashell Cottage

Very nice & comfortable. Good position and well equipped with everything we needed (other than an oyster shucker - I’d bought some at the fishmongers and stupidly hadn’t thought about that).

A very cosy cottage with everything we (and our little dog) needed. The welcome pack of milk, cakes and dog biscuits were much appreciated. An upstairs toilet, though tiny, was a bonus as the stairs are steep and I didn't want to tackle them in the middle of the night. The weather was glorious and we had some wonderful walks straight from the house along the coast in both directions. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in walking distance and Deal is very pretty as well as historically interesting.

Perfect location for Sea Front and walking into Deal. The two local pubs on sea front were ideal. People all very friendly, and bonus being dog friendly too!. Good base for visiting Canterbury. Off street parking. Enclosed back yard good for the dog. Two nice double bedrooms, one has an en-suite toilet.

Nothing that can be done about this but may be worth mentioning in property description - the stairs to the two very nice bedrooms are quite steep, probably not suitable for someone with mobility disabilities

Amazing location, the cottage had everything we could ask for. Our little family spent a lovely week. Extra thanks for the details like candys and Christmas pastries! For those who travel with pets, dogs are clearly welcomed! We’ll surely come back!

Everything! It was warm, comfortable and had all the necessities plus more.

The location was perfect. Beach just across the road and a 15 minute walk into Deal high street.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach ( a couple of minutes), then a gentle stroll along the sea front into town. Local shops catered for all our needs. The cottage was absolutely beautiful, the beds so comfortable. The hosts left us cakes, milk, bread and lots of other things to help our stay start so well. I thoroughly recommend this cottage and have booked again for next year. Thank you,
