Le Piagge

Massimiliano e sua moglie sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili, la casa ha ambienti spaziosi e comodi; un grande giardino si presta bene per serate all'aperto e per poter rilassare mente e corpo. Le foto non rendono giustizia :))

Ci vuole un po' di pazienza con la serratura della porta - seguire bene le istruzioni di Massimiliano.

Старый фонд, загородные дома и виллы, прекрасное место. Мы ехали на машине, нашли быстро. Буквально первый дом слева на этой улице. Отличные дружелюбные хозяева. Чисто. Вай фай. Был чай, кофе что то ещё, но мы пользовались. Белье и полотенца на 4 стоили 10е. Близко к аэропорту. Всем довольны. Спасибо 🙌

Tutto perfetto direi. Vicinissimo a Nemi ed Ariccia (20/30 minuti a piedi, una manciata di minuti in auto) ed agli altri luoghi di interesse dei castelli romani. Per quanto riguarda la casa spaziosa e molto pulita e con un grande giardino recintato ideale per lasciare in libertà i cani in assoluta sicurezza. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile a dare consigli e suggerimenti per le visite. Oltretutto è una persona affabile e piacevole alla conversazione.

Mah, direi la doccia un po' piccolina.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Large living room with fireplace, real parquet flooring, clean and simple design of the space. Facilities for children, large garden area.

We were missing a washing machine and a microwave, also the shower cabin was very small

The apartment is really nice and offered a lot of space. The hosts are really friendly and the area is nice and calm. There was a nice and easygoing dog with whom we shared the garden. Taking metro and bus Genzano is also well connected to the city center, from the bus station it is a 10min walk to the apartment.

As mentioned from the guests before us, the walls to the stairs which lead to the apartment on the first floor are very thin and you hear everyone coming and going. But it didn't disturb us much.

The host was extremely helpful and friendly to us. He came to collect us when we had a car problem .

You can cook.

It's too far and the window can be open outside. It is also far from public transportation and stores.

A homely, fully equipped vacation home with a large bright living room and a fireplace, and filled with a wonderful calming energy. There is a beautiful big garden and a patio, where you can have meals or just relax with the lovely green views. Situated in the beautiful area of Castelli Romani nearby two lakes, old cities and hiking routes. Masimiliano and Lucia were very welcoming, generous and interesting to talk to. They left many good things for us to feel at home (coffee, tea, jam, milk, olive oil, vinegar etc), helped us light the lovely fireplace and gave us directions to a beautiful local hiking route watching the lake. Massimiliano and Lucia, it was a pleasure to meet you. Thank you so much for your generous and welcoming hospitality!
