"I would book this property in a heart beat upon a return to Moab."

It is a great find just outside of downtown. Quiet. All the amenities of staying in a home vs. a hotel.

The bed in the Master was uncomfortably lumpy. The televisions took some time to figure out how to work a signal, despite the fact that it wasn’t the highest priority to our stay.

Comfortable; clean; great location to visit both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks

The air conditioning had difficulty cooling and took a while to get down to a comfortable temperature (73F); but to be fair, when we were there, Moab and the entire southwestern states were under an unprecedented heat wave (+100 F).
