The staff was very professional and very helpful. Mr. Gowda, the manager was extremely friendly and accommodating to guests requests. The food was also very nice!

The twin bedroom set was immaculately tidy, away from the hustle & bustle of the city yet very near to all the places of interest. Mr. MT Rangegowda and Mr. Baskar were very courteous and helpful. They helped us in planning our trip also. The property is very good for staying, even, indoors to spend a quiet weekend.

No dormitory for the drivers, no provision of hot water in the wash basins

Many lights and switches were not working. Room and bathroom is filled with spider, Sizes varies from half inch to 5 inch. Complimentary tea coffee was not enough as per standard. Room interior can be improved.

Property was in great condition and well maintained, peaceful and in the heart of the city. We had a 3 bedroom apartment which was really clean and spacious and perfect for a family. The hosts were really helpful, we got tasty home cooked food!! Special mention to Mr Gandhi and Mr Gowda who were warm, welcoming and helpful. Overall would suggest Two Seas residence for a happy stay in Ooty.

Warm water in the wash basins would be great, a small recreation center for kids would also be wonderful. Also, sound proofing should be something to think about as the walls are too thin which affects privacy.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The gardens surrounding the villa were very beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the view from the villa was just 🤩
