An extraordinary place, where we long to return soon. Everything is just perfect about it: Cleanness is an 11/10, VERY well equipped, comfortable, the location is perfect for a relaxing rest listening to nothing else just the sound of the ocean waves. The view is breathtaking. There is a dedicated parking spot couple of steps from the accommodation. The host was very kind and helpful, shared a lot of useful information. Special thanks for the delicious treats. :) We enjoyed every moment of our stay here.

The kind owner met us at the property and explained to us all we needed to know. Her place is clean and comfortable with a beautiful view in the heart of the town. We enjoyed our stay and walked each day to the local grocery store. It was located in a good location to explore the island. The owner left us a basket of fruit; some wine and a local treat that I loved. thank you

Great welcome from the hostess, who prepared Christmas specialties for us to taste and basic food for breakfast. Pleasant sitting on the terrace with a sea view, privacy.

Very cosy, quiet and lovely place. Simple, yet has everything one could hope for, plus the private balcony with amazing view. The hostess was also very kind and welcoming. The town itself is also charming - quiet, cosy, has a few shops and a nice bar just a few steps from this stay in. All in all, a very cosy and nice place to rest. I hope to come back someday.

Very clean. The hostess was very nice and helpful. And the view was spectacular. The town of Maia is out of the way but it is very quiet and relaxed. Driving in the town to get to the apartment is a bit nerve racking the first time. But it is worth it once you are there.

The location was ameizing, and the terrace has a nice view to the ocean. The facility is equipped with everything that you need, even fruit and food was provided. The landlady was extremely nice and helpful. The parking place in the immediate vicinity was an added value.

Own parking spot. Close to the sea and shore trail. Owner was meticulous about making us feel welcome and even supplying us with various groceries and local specialties as our arrival was in the evening. Patio overlooking the mountain and sea. Capsule coffee machine. Walking distance to all places within Maia.

Pyrotechnics every evening by a neighbour. Noisy people; cars and motorcycles parking out front. Pounding rock music from the outdoor venue at the church. Granted, there was some kind of religious festival during our stay. But there was constant barking from dogs located on roof tops nearby and across the village. No place by the door to put keys, coins, cameras or anything when you come in the door. Granted, we were a couple with a youngster but the whole unit is narrow; no storage space for luggage. Didn't sleep well for the week. I had high hopes for our stay here but our experience did not meet the glowing online ratings.
