McCaig's Tower Apartment

The apartment was bigger than we thought. It had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The view was amazing. Looking out at the city of Oban every morning.

We didn't mind climbing down and up the small hill to the apartment. However, some may struggle.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The view was fabulous. We managed to get lots of steps in due to the location, so although it may not suit people with mobility issues, it was certainly fine for us.

Perfect

The views are exceptional, probably the best spot in Oban. The flat is well furnished. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is lots of space. We had five adults and a small dog and there was lots of room for all of us.

We had some issues with cleanliness, maintenance and safety. However, the agency was helpful and I am assured that everything will be rectified by the owners. I was also offered a refund which I accepted. There was a charge for our dog of £35 which I considered high for a three day stay. The most I have ever paid is £20 for a week. Parking is difficult in Oban and, although the on street parking here is free, it is difficult and on a very narrow road. However, we did always manage to get two cars parked.
