Location was about 5 miles out of town center. Pretty quiet setting. Spacious condo.

A few spices besides salt and pepper would have been nice. And, some aluminum foil or plastic wrap or sandwich bags would have been appreciated.

Lack of Netflix etc. TVs are old and need updating too. We have rented many properties over the last 5 yrs and never encountered this - especially in this price bracket you expect this as standard. We were out all day because of the nature of our trip but if you had kids who needed to chill etc after doing activities it would be an issue.

Very roomy for our group of five. The washing machine was a nice bonus. We also appreciated that we could park our vehicles in the garage.

It was great , I wish we'd have booked it for a week. I would certainly recommend it to anyone, looking to stay in the Moab area.

Nothing to be negative about, I would have to make something up.

spacious and comfortable

lacking enough chairs at the table, the kitchen had cheap glassware, silverware, and pans, was ill equipped and not enough plates and glasses for 8 people. we chose this unit because it was advertised to include a pool for our thanksgiving weekend but the management knew the pool would be closed for the winter. our group was disappointed. We paid the pet fee for two dogs but due to Covid illness one couple and dog couldn’t make it. We asked for a refund but never got a response.

Beautiful views, having a garage and laundry area was a major plus. Unit was clean and bright, tastefully furnished and stocked with anything we could possibly need.

Electrical outlet on kitchen peninsula was cracked and needs to be replaced. Safety issue for the toddlers in our family. Maybe it was us, but couldn’t figure out how to turn on fireplace. Although maybe we weren’t supposed to?
