Everything ! It was a very nice experience, away from the tourist crowds but still close to everything, Pisa, sea, Volterra, Lucca.... After a hot day, you can cool off in the very clean and well-maintained swimming pool. The property is also well maintained.

"Location was disappointing."

Clean and spacious accomodation. Beautiful new swimmingpool.

The accomodation is situated literaly next to a busy road and industrial area. That's really a pity. 2 km further the beautiful Toscan landscape reveals. The building, garden and pool are beautiful though. The openinghours of the swimmingpool where different (9 am - 7pm) from what has been communicated on the booking website (8am - 8 pm). In the warm summerperiod 7 pm is way too early for closing the pool. When we asked, they allowed us to stay in the pool till 8 pm. That was nice. But we found it quite annoying and strange that later at night the whole family of the owner used the pool where the guests weren't allowed to. It seemed that they didn't know how to put their guests at the first place. P.e. they started mowing the grass next to the pool (with a lot of noice) when te guests were enjoying the pool. Also they were still busy finishing the final details of the place. This was for us, as guests, quite disturbing.
