Cosy Keel Cottage

Great location, communicative host, great value for money.. Appreciated laundry, scones, juice and milk and coffee/ tea. Lovely bedrooms, great shower.

Needs an update on decor in the living room and kitchen. A brighter, seaside theme would more pleasant. Oven took a bit of figuring out, burns on one end, doesn't cook on other.. More bowls woukd be helpful. Just some ideas, no big issues.

Location was great. Breakfast wasn't included but our host left some lovely bread and condiments.

Location was right in the middle of Keel, shops, restaurants, pubs and beach within 150 yards. Just as described, host was friendly and plenty of room.

Location was great. Door was open for us with lights on, a great welcome. Catherine had a welcome platter of scones and brown bread, butter and jam, all we had to do was put the kettle on and relax.

Nothing, it was all really great.

There was a small shop around the corner where we purchased all we needed in the way of food, so started off each day on a healthy breakfast cooked in the immaculately clean kitchen of the cottage.

There was nothing at all that we did not like.

Beautiful little cottage in achill with the back drop of the Minaun Heights and the Atlantic Ocean in front of you with 2 pubs, restaurant and coffee shop 1 minute walk away literally. The beach is only a 5 minute walk or less too. The place was immaculately clean , the beds were very comfy, nice and warm and heats up quickly. Our host Catherine was very accommodating and even had fresh baked scones and bread for us on arrival , highly recommend 😀
