The pool! The space was chill, simple but just what we wanted

Great location. Lovely outside space. Villa was small but clean

Beds are very hard and need mattress toppers. You need to get 2 more sun beds and more glasses, kitchenware. It would be better if you provided more basics such as soap etc

The pool was great (pretty chilly in early may but we went in a few times), private fully fenced garden and only 5min walk to the beach/9min to the shop, 5 mins drive to big supermarket in ovar. We were greeted on arrival & shown around. The beds were comfortable & clean. Washing machine in out house and drying rack available. Netflix & fast internet.

Smaller than the pictures made it look, didn't feel very loved/thought out, no little touches to make it homely/welcoming, no information other than the quick tour. Needs a repaint everywhere especially the 'shabby chic' pallet fencing half way across the garden which was much more shabby than chic. I imagine several years ago it felt very modern but the furnishing seems quite cheap and everything is now looking dated. We were warned if we put 'too much' on at once or if it was at the same time as the pool pump the electricity would trip & need resetting. Whilst cooking (2 hobs plus oven, we even turned all the lights out & unplugged everything else) it tripped 3 times which was pretty frustrating. There were loads of cigarette butts in the ashtray outside, we couldn't sit on the sofa outside because it rained and the cushions were soaked through & the plastic roofing wasn't much use, there's only 2 sun loungers by the pool so we had to bring the dining chairs out. There were only 4 mismatched glasses & quite random crockery/cutlery not enough to fill the dishwasher. It wouldn't take much to return this to former glory but for us it didn't live up to the excellent reviews which were why we picked it.

Swimming pool was great and the garden in the back perfect for travel with kids.

Everything went really well, doesn’t have any complaints.

the owner welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around. its a small but lovely house. the beds were comfy, there were 2 bathrooms - 1 inside the House and another one outside by the Pool. there were also Teams who came by to Clean the Pool and House.

the Cleaning Teams came on different times than we were told and the owner didnt Always Pick up the phone when we Tried to call him... we had to buy some Essential Equipment, like toilet papers, cleaning Materials for the dishes and dishwasher. the Grill seems to be very old so it takes extremely long, but can Work with a lot of patience
