La ubicación es espectacular, estas cerca de todo. Las vistas son inmejorables. La amabilidad de todo el personal y de Pilar en especial, y si tienes suerte de oírla tocar el piano…

Me ha gustado todo, el único pequeño pero, es la cobertura.

The location exceeded expectations, the accommodation was comfortable, parking space and the beach nearby. The opportunity to go to a cafe or ask the owners to bring food. Grill.

Please note that the owner lives on site and has four dogs and eight cats that roam freely. We were travelling with our two dogs and would not have booked this place if we'd known. There is a gate into the accommodation's outside area but we were still confronted by two dogs outside our patio doors when we tried to go out. Booked three nights, left after one.

The only good thing about this place is the view...and you don't even have it from the Studio. All you see from your window is a wall. If you want to see the view you have to leave your accommodations and walk the stair to a view point.

So many things went wrong. I've been in more then 1000 hotels and Airbnb and never had such an experience. Booked a full house with sea view and got a studio with wall view. House was full of ants. Kitchen had absolutely nothing (not even a single capsule to make a coffee), even the cheapest of the motels provide at least some tea & coffee. If you arrive on a Sunday afternoon you'll eat sink water for dinner if you don't come prepared because everything is closed around there - not a single restaurant or market open. Bed was horrible (hard and noisy when you move), what caused our baby to wake up multiple times during the night and destroyed any possibility of good rest. After 2 nights of this horrible experience we decided to tell one of the owners that we couldn't take it any longer and we were leaving. This gentleman apologized and said he'll talk to his wife and will refund the rest of the stay. After we arrived home we got a message from the owner denying the refund and blaming us for not asking for this things to be fixed (lol). Booking was also horrible in the support and did nothing to protect the users of this platform. We are disputing this transaction with the bank now. Overall this property managed to transform our holidays into a nightmare and traumatized us for life. Worst experience and worst customer service I've had in 33 years.
