Comfortable spacious accommodation. Great location- perfect for accessing the city on foot. Quiet street with friendly residents, who were very helpful when parking spaces were really tight! Check in and out was so easy.

One small criticism- not everything listed as provided was actually there. Missing tea towel and oven gloves made cooking our meal on the first evening a little difficult.

Well laid out, comfortable attractive and clean. So close to the great walks along the river.

No coffee pot was the only thing.

The location was perfect for our needs. My wife was attending a conference at the University and it was a pleasant and quick walk from the property to the canvas. The river was at the end of the road and it was a lovely walk along that. Close to the city centre if walking.

Lovely very clean house and quiet neighbourhood , good location. Nice welcome pack on arrival.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Twin beds pushed together in large bedroom and double bed in smaller bedroom seemed odd.
