Easy to find and very clean

Perfect Location, Comfortable Beds, House was clean and tidy. Kitchen had everything we required. The Christmas Decorations were a lovely touch

The TV Remote Barely Worked and Became Very Frustrating. The shower screen door also leaks when closed.

Good sized house in a quiet location close to the city centre. There was also plenty of parking and a few shops just round the corner.

Las camas, demasiado blandas.

House is in a lovely quiet estate. House was warm and very comfortable 😌 Within very easy reach of York. An uber only costing around 4 to 5 pound. If you didn't want to walk.

There was no shampoo or body wash.

Comfy, clean bedrooms. Nice bathroom and kitchen. Spacious living / dining area. Adequate space for parking. Easy access to the town and main road.

Musty / stale smelling sofa and throw-overs. No dishwasher. Heating was off when we arrived. Getting into a cold house (14 deg C) after a long drive was not nice.

Very clean and good information received prior to going. Found oven difficult to use but comfortable rooms.

Bit further away from University of York than originally thought as we had no car but easy to get around as direct routes

Clean and tidy. Good space for 5 of us.

The bathroom is a bit of a letdown. Shower door is faulty and wood around shower door needs replacing-“ all splintered. Wash basin does not drain well - not good if 5 people all want to use it in quick succession

Stylish, good location, comfy seats. Very fast replying hosts, plenty of towels. Good bedroom facilities with hangers and lamps. Blinds good but not blackout. Quite area but not too far from town. Comfy beds, nice size bedrooms. Iron and board useful. Tea, coffee, sugar etc on site. Free Wi-Fi.

Overall clean and fresh but lots of items in the kitchen were still dirty (cups/cutlery/trays) lots of weeds in garden and animal poo on grass areas. Not enough toilet roll. Shower mouldy. Cutlery stained/rusty (teaspoons mostly) Dusty areas, especially bedroom lamps etc and cobwebs. Offer earlier check ins/out for additional costs. Loose floorboard on landing, feels like sinking. Blown double-glazed unit in lounge window. Random letter in kitchen drawer, could go into wrong hands. Our stay was lovely but I like to give honest opinions for people who would leave nasty reviews could skate the above :)
