Clean and today, good functional layout and private. Modern and well equipped!

Location was good off main road and 20 minutes walk to York exceptionally clean,well maintained, lovely furnishings plenty of room everything u need in the kitchen, bedrooms comfy loved it all .shower did not work but bath was fine

Pawson House is tucked away but only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. It is clean, comfortable and modern. The private parking space is an added bonus.

15 minute walk to the centre of York. Clean and modern with ample room for a family of 4. Dog was very comfortable and we were able to leave her during the day and pop back. However it didn't smell or feel like any other pets had every been there. All in all an excellent trip loved by us all.

Parking was a little tight but we managed to fit our landrover in. Safe and secure Gardener turned up at 9am. He was very polite but we did not expect him.

Space style location

Access through gate with the car. Couldn’t work freeview, towel rail or outdoor lights. Bulb not working in bathroom , no tea towel

Great accommodation. Would stay again.

Comfortable apartment, own parking, reasonably close to York Minster.

Bumped my head a few times on sloping ceiling. Car access to gate a little bit tight but okay if careful.

Clean, nice interior decor. Netflix included. Decent sized TV.

Getting car in and out of the premises was tricky. Narrow access road, difficult to maneuver.
