A bit complicated for registering Checking in. Why do they have to scan the guest's face ? Scan the guest's passport isn't enough?

Definitely relieved after enjoying hot spring.

Very stuffy and dusty. Keep sneezing when I tidy up the beddings. Lots of signs/ warning hanging everywhere which make me feel a bit uncomfortable. The futon is awful, like sleeping directly on the floor.

Nicely designed house with private onsen. First floor has a large tatami room with a kotatsu and a small kitchen. Upstairs has a large room with three beds.

House was not very clean… The cleaning service needs to be a bit more thorough
