"Comfortable beautiful setting for our celebrations"

Big beds and clean well Presented and cosy. Tv in every room (spare batteries for remote would have been useful). Electric point for car was very useful.

The garden wasn’t enclosed for our dog but that’s work in progress. The recycling could have been clearer and I’d imagine you’ll need bigger bins if all homes are occupied.

Without doubt our accommodations at A Brecks Away Holiday Cottages were the best we have ever experienced and exceeded all our expectations. The Cottages are beautifully designed and meticulously maintained down to the smallest details. Guy and Tracey have obviously put great thought into providing absolutely everything possible to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable. Aside from the beautiful accommodations, Guy and Tracey are just simply lovely and caring people. We experienced a difficult and unexpected family illness during our stay and the kindness and consideration we received from them will never be forgotten.

"The Mill at Brecks farm was the perfect stay for our family, young son and energetic Labrador."

Hosts were easy to get hold of, were in contact with us in the days running up to the stay and made sure we had everything we needed for our child and dog. House was lovely, and a great space to relax with our wider family in the evenings. Outdoor space (patio with BBQ and woodland area) was a massive bonus, and we made good use of it during our stay. Fit and finish of property was exceptional.

"Becks Farm is a beautiful location, with nice local walks and also a Duck pond and picnic area."

Location just a few miles from York centre, really convenient. Excellent and ample on-site parking. Electric car charging available, but currently only via conventional electric connection. Superb and beautifully converted barn with all the facilities one requires for an excellent holiday. Hosts friendly but not intrusive. A number of free complimentary items provided. BBQ available with charcoal provided. A holiday location highly recommended.
