The bed was comfortable and the Aircon was very cold that's how I like it.

The Onsen was outdoors and it was a little hot.But the rest of the Onsen was fine.

The house is very large, clean and new. Modern style decoration. Very very close to the Yufuin station (1 min walk). There are 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, suitable for a group/family travelers. The private onsen is super.

Just minor things….Quite far from the Kinrin Lake (need 30 mins walk). We have to fill up the water in the onsen baht by ourself. So, we need to plan to do that and wait for some time. And we had to store our luggages in the coin storage at the train station because we arrived earlier than the check in time.

The house's location was very near Yufuin station. It's a very short walk from the station and just a few mins walk to Lawson and 7-11 so it was really convenient. The house was spacious enough for groups and generally pretty clean! The check in/check out process was easy and fuss-free as well.

The walls are a bit thin as we could hear noises from the next door. Also, you can hear noise from downstairs since there's no door for sleeping area upstairs. But I would say this house was great and value for money!
