Location was close to the city centre (30 minute walk)

The air freshener overpowering. A booklet explaining how the heating worked would be ideal too.

Clean, dog friendly. Great safe garden. New kitchen, well appointed bathroom/toilet. Smart Tv and internet. Parking right outside. Opposite a nice green space. 5 min drive into York as described.

No dishwasher, needed hand soap and a couple of cleaning products.

"Clean place for Group short stay"

Super helpful host and super clean house located in a quite neighbourhood. There's a park opposite the house and you can see grandparents bringing grandchildren + dogs there. Check-in and Check-out was easy. It really amazed me that the washroom's window has no dust at all (super clean!). Modern kitchen equipped with saucepans and pans. Cosy living room. Parking available right in front of the house. Few minutes drive from grocery stores. Towels are provided. WiFi connection is alright, there's smart TV so we can watch YouTube. Huge black dustbin is provided. Will definitely recommend to others.

The mattresses and beds are lumpy and creaky, Hope that the host can improve this.

"Good stay would return if returning to the area."

Lots of space good garden quite location easy to go into York close to park and ride. Close to loads of take aways and shop. Very clean and well kept.

We had no code for the WIFI and we were unable to put the heating on so batteries in controls lucky we sorted it after 3 hours Also we did not have enough cutlery for our group so needs to be checked before lettings. Messaged host but did not receive a response . Needs a book with codes and instruction for heating would make it easier for guest. etc.
