A/C and cooker not working.. No bathroom..whenever anybody want to bath .they need to use the Onsen bath corner..bedsheets not clean.

There are both indoor and outdoor baths

I followed the instructions to ask for the pin a few hours before arrival. However, the wrong pin was given to me. Making us to wait at the door helplessly for more than 30min. Also there were marks on the linen and the Netflix just doesn’t work.

Good room for relax, not far from station.

All things (parking area, hotspring, big bedroom and restroom). There are 2 toilets so it is comfortable for group or family. And many big bedrooms (futons). Especially the hotspring in the house, perfect.

Need to stay here, need a car.

Location, private onsen. The property provides both indoor and outdoor onsen. The outdoor onsen provides with fabulous view.

It looks like the owner only pay more attention on the onsen than other facilities provided in the house. Cooking utensils I.e. pot, pan and their cover are not clean. It will be good if the owner will provide some basic cooking ingredients e.g. oil, salt.

Check-in info and process was detailed and easy. Property was clean, and pretty comfortable and cosy. The outdoor onsen was good, although we realised later that the temperature of the water was actually too hot. Wonder if it was because the thermostat was being set too high at 60 degrees C… Our group of 6 was given usage of all 4 bedrooms which was very good. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable countryside stay.
