"Typical Pico house in a nice volcanic rock surrounding, well situated for daytrips."

7.0

Location was very nice, and it's a typical Azorian house. The kitchen is big and very complete. The surroundings are quite magical with all the volcanic rocks. The sunrise in front of the house on the waterfront was magical. We went once to the natural pool, which is also a nice feature to enjoy. Just watch out for the currents, they can be quite strong.

Unfortunately it was very warm, so we asked for 2 fans that we got for the second night, this was very well appreciated. The beds downstairs are very hard, which was uncomfortable. The balcony upstairs is next to the bedroom with a little step up, so not really useful. We were hoping to use it for eating, but that's not really possible. The house is a little dark inside, not so many windows, probably the style of the region.
