Roberto es atento y amable.

Limpieza muy escasa. Sillón, lámparas, techos y demás llenos de polvo. Se nota que realizaron una limpieza muy superficial. Un día entero sin agua caliente porque se agotó gas. Ninguna sartén en condiciones, al tercer día nos trajeron una. Wifi sin funcionar 5 días, luego nos enviaron router y tarjeta y se solucionó. Llegamos y había un cajón lleno de agua por avería en la cocina. Estamos así los 15 días.

La limpieza La ubicación del parking

Ubicación, la habitación y la terraza.

Por poner alguna pega, que tampoco es importante, que el baño no está cerrado y se ve todo. Pero no es importante.

La ubicación, muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del casco antiguo y de las playas Tenía utensilios en la cocina y la cama era muy cómoda. La terraza muy bien también El anfitrión bien, muy atento en todo

La limpieza....había zonas en las que brillaba por su ausencia...Una mano de pintura a las humedades... Se escucha muchos ruidos de la parte de abajo, imposible dormir a cierta hora. La puerta de acceso a la habitación deberia cambiarse...da 0 confianza. Y no hablar de que estábamos durmiendo y entro la chica de la limpieza a la habitación

Fabulous location in the old town of Altea. Beautifully decorated and very comfy sofa and bed. The kitchen had a microwave, oven and dishwasher. Roberto was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was well equipped but could do with new pans for cooking. Light switches were a little temperamental. Overall fantastic place and great value.

Our host was so helpful the apartment was very pretty and very clean and the location was excellent 👌

Beautiful house

We didn’t receive a code to unlock the door it was 11 at night and only for the taxi driver we’d have slept on the road we had no hot water in the shower for 4 days and despite sending emails and phone calls nobody came to help us

Fixtures, fittings and location

SMELL, basically it smelt of drains coming from the bathroom and the kitchen sink. The owner had tried to to mask this with strong air freshners. When talked to the owner about this he said keep the doors and windows open. There was only a curtain separating the toilet from the bedroom. The smell was so bad we slept on the lounge floor for 6 nights with the patio doors open. (unfortunately had not checked other reviews and have seen that this is an ongoing problem). Had 48 hours without hotwater, the gas bottle was eventually changed by the owner. Other issues were 3 powercuts on night of arrival which were definitely in the house rather than the village.
