Ubicación y amplitud.

El mobiliario, así como la cubertería, muy escaso. Dispensadores de jabón vacíos en los baños y la luz saltó varias veces.

Lovely villa, clean and spacious. Owners allowed us to remain an extra 2 hours until our pick-up, which was amazingly helpful

Only 7 sun beds for 8 people. No pool towels and when this was communicated, none were brought until end of second day, and then only 4 came when there were 8 people. Also only one taxi firm responded to us (fortunately) and Bolt and Uber do not cover area. A car would be a plus as nothing in walking distance

alleen jammer dat de jacuzzi niet werkte. Tijdens het boeken hadden wij juist hierna gekeken voor onze ouders. Als je een auto huurt doe dan wel eentje met vermogen anders kom je niet de heuvel op naast het huis.

La casa es muy bonita, esta bien amueblada y tiene casi todo lo que necesitas para una estancia agradable. El dueño muy atento y respondió rápidamente a los contratiempos. La piscina está genial es grande y el agua limpita. Está muy cerca de Altea.

Me gustaría hacer una critica constructiva: a) La falta de mantenimiento y un buen repaso a toda la casa hace que mermen mis expectativas de darle un 10, es una pena porque la casa es preciosa. b) Aconsejaría al dueño que cambie urgentemente el equipo de limpieza, es nefasto.

Hemos estado unos días de vacaciones familiares. La casa es muy amplia y moderna. Tanto la parte exterior como la interior son muy cómodas lo que te permite disfrutar en familia. La atención por parte de la agencia fue buenísima, nos facilitaron todo lo que necesitamos, incluso pudimos entrar antes y dejar la casa después de la hora acordada.

Creo que le falta mantenimiento. El jacuzzi no funcionaba (ya nos lo avisaron pero fue con muchos meses de antelacion). La ducha del baño de arriba nos la encontramos rota al igual que la cisterna del water( funcionaba pero se caían las piezas), la goma del horno tampoco estaba en condiciones. Había unos sofás y sillas rotas a la entrada de la vivienda.

I loved the pool area. It was beautiful.

There were 4 doors on the property that you couldn’t lock, it so unreasonable to rent out a property that does not lock. Some doors don’t even have the lock mechanism in it. The shutters are not security shutters so can not be used instead of locking the doors. The fridge froze all of our food within hours of it being in the property. The en suite shower leaked across the floor, we were unable to use it. The oven was dangerous too!

We liked the outdoor area as like the pool etc

The fact it was very far away from most things. Taxis didn’t come up that far. Would definitely need a car but that was our fault.

Absolutely beautiful villa within 20 minutes drive to all the beautiful towns of Altea , Albir or Benidorm .The villa has everything,stunning views of the sea and surrounding countryside,pool and hot tub are perfect for chilling as we done most of the time ,supermarket 5 minutes away,I could go on and on about the villa but it was the greeting we received from the owners which made our holiday so special lovely genuine warm people.will definitely be back thanks again Santi and Tino

The owners of the property are amazing hosts ! Nothing is too much trouble they go out of their way to ensure you have the most relaxing time

The property is stunning, extremely clean and very Modern. It has everything that you want and more.
