Very spacious well decorated property with everything we needed, contact with the owners was very good.

Fantastic location, everything you could need for a long weekend was included in the property

Perfect location, well equipped, immaculate and comfortable.

Nowhere to store dry goods in the kitchen as all the cupboards were full! Well equipped but could have done with a cupboard to put food in. Didn’t detract from our great experience though

The location of this property is excellent, we stayed for a long weekend and everything in amble and Warkworth is in walking distance. The size of the rooms and space at the property was also really good. The host was responsive. Free parking on streets around the property was easy to find.

The main disappointments were that there is a lot of mold in all 3 of the bathrooms which can be very easily treated and removed if cleaning is done property. The downstairs bedroom had a strong damp smell, the host said the heating was a constant 23 degrees but it was very cold and there is no way for guests to turn on and off. The heated towel rails were not able to be switched on which adds to the damp and chill. Pillows and beds were uncomfortable and in general the finish and fixtures and fittings were DIY style and quite dated. There are a lot of cobwebs too throughout. The TV set in the bunk room isn't connected to any ariel or the Internet so cannot be watched.

Spacious home, very close to the harbour, kitchen equipment was good with good cleaning supplies. Communication from owner was excellent. Clean fridge and oven and generally clean throughout.

Deep clean needed, skirting boards very dirty and few cobwebs about.

Lovely big house for a group of friends. Great little outside patio with lights for evening drinks. Also lovely flower pots outside too.

The dog was £25 extra which i didn't know about till the owner messaged me. Looked back at Booking.com and it was in extra information which I hadn't looked at and it just said there may be an extra charge for pets.
