Location is excellent, though a little tricky to find. Property had everything we needed, was easy to access, close to shops bars and restaurants, and had the look and feel we wanted for a short stay in the heart of Ribeira Porto.

There was a plumbing issue while we were there, with a fairly significant water leak coming up from under the floor in the living room which made some of the floorspace unusable. Possibly related but the shower pan drained very slowly so we had to be very careful not to flood the bathroom. Hopefully these have been resolved now.

Horrible place to be with kids and older people very difficult access a lot of stairs to be in the property hard to find and also inside the property everything is upstairs so difficult

Location was great. On arrival the keypad could not unlock the door. Locked out for over 2.5hrs before someone came and finally they unlocked the dead lock on the door. Phoned 4times to booking agent and told us they would ring us back shortly and 2days later still waiting for a call back. Booking also had rooftop views but no keys to access the roof. Directions to address need more information. No locals that we asked could help us out with finding the address until we were right on top of the unit. Police finally helped us out. Inforrmation regarding the amount of stairs in the unit would be helpful also, 3floors are a lot of stairs. Need to explain there are a few stairs outside but many inside.

Couldn't find it Couldn't get in for over 2hrs. Lucky we had a very helpful girl working in the bar that sold us wine while we waited.

the location was perfect..tucked into the back walkways of Porto with access to everything..such a charming warm space to spend time with friends…this place is a hidden gem

The apartment is clean and nice. Location is really good.

Unfortunately nobody told us about a construction site in the same building, the same wall actually. So, the whole time was like a hell. The noise was so loud that we can’t stay inside the apartment and had to walk all day waiting till 5pm. My parents are 60 years old, so was not comfortable. When I called them, first they didn’t try to solve anything. They told me that they weren’t aware about it, but the construction was huge, didn’t started one day before. So nobody went there to clean the apartment and check this? Second day they at least tried to offered me to leave the apartment, but didn’t have another one to offer me. So, I just wait because I would be there for only 3 days. I hope the next group didn’t have the same problem. Next time, just give the opportunity to the person to cancel before and find a better place. thanks

Fully renovated stone house. Prime position meters away from the ribiera but very quiet. Close to everything. Very comfortable for two couples or family. Would definitely stay here again. Porto is an enchanting city and this was the best place to stay.

Location was excellent.

Beds uncomfortable. No welcome amenities left despite being told in a message from the property management there would be. Water coming through floor in living area. Floor has been taken up so indicates management are aware of this.
