There was plenty of space

The property was poor standard for five people, an example of this would be the kitchen with two forks? The showers were poor, one didn’t run hot water and the lock on the door was temperamental and the other had drainage issues.

Location was good as we were visiting family in Long Eaton. approx 10-15min drive. Room layout of bedrooms suited us well & was handy having two showers. Kitchen was well equiped with all we needed

Chairs in living room were not particularly comfortable, other than that all good :-)

Plenty of room in the house for 7 of us going to a wedding, very clean and tidy, thank you

No Guest book, or information pack about what’s near or to do in Derby, takeaways leaflets would be a good idea , bus service pick up drop off the bus number or Taxi service number , also I could not get the oven to work no instruction booklets, small rubbish bins in the bedrooms would be a nice idea, no body to great us at the house had to call the owner to get the key code so we could get in.

The facilities were good and it was within walking distance from local shops.
