The location, views, flowers, cleanliness and hospitality were incredible! It was a great location for exploring the National Park.

The house was very nice and clean. Everything we needed was there. The tv had even the possibility to watch Netflix and prime. A first for us in Portugal. The bed was good. The view lovely. The barking of the dogs not too much and we had 2 cats visiting.

The parkingspace . It was 50 meter from the house downhill in the yard of an old house number 57. It was steep and coming in and leaving was a stress moment every morning and evening. The place was secured with a gate which was good .

Patricia is a lovely host and she did everything possible to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment is situated in a tiny village, with a gorgeous view over to the lake down below in the distance. All you will hear are birds chirping and the bells of the local church. The view from the bedroom is possibly even more amazing, looking up to the green forests on the mountain slope. Having two patios was great, we chose according to the direction of the sun. Some reviews mention some noise of the neighbour's dogs at night, but this was not a concern at all. It was all very calm and quiet. The house is impeccably clean and fresh, and there is an option to do laundry. We enjoyed cooking our own dinner in the lovely kitchen at night. The location is great for any activities in the surrounding area. Patricia was very sweet to us and we hope to come back to visit again!

Friendly, helpful and generous hosts; Spacious, sparkling clean, well-equipped modern and quiet house, with a beautiful garden, two large balconies adorned with flowers and enjoying beautiful lake views. Easy access to many walks and beauty spots in Gerez National Park (PR5 trail is on the doorstep). Can't recommend highly enough.
