It's a very unique building with nice furnishings, style and different types of sleeping spaces. It is roomy and comfortably housed the five people in our group. The cleanliness was excellent, and it was great having amenities like the washing machine. The location was great, near plenty of food and a metro station with easy access to Kyoto station.

Some doorways are fairly small and can be difficult to navigate for taller individuals (mid-head height for a 180cm person), which could be difficult to navigate.
