The facilities

Very cheap for a super clean and nice house. Porch was okay for two cars to park. Self check-in and code for key box were given beforehand. Got aircond only in the first room and the rooms were all comfortable. Got extra pillows and blankets. We even got freshly cleaned and packed towel. I appreciate that a lot. The kitchen have rice cooker, gas stove, some utensils and dishes to use. The fridge was not working so I informed the owner and he came to check instantly. He even offered us a minibar for replacement but since we're leaving early in the morning, I turned down the offer. Overall it was a great stay.

The location. We wandered around for some time looking for the house because unfortunately the Google Maps only give the direction halfway. Maybe owner can send a makeshift map to the house for next tenant to ease the check in process. We also ordered Foodpanda and Pandamart, we cannot pinned the exact location to be delivered because it did not exist in the map. So we have to walk a bit and wait nearby the small road (auto pinned location) or whatsapp live location to the rider. It's a bit inconvenient but it was manageable.
