Muy buena la propiedad, totalmente equipada, muy buena ubicacion, y la amabilidad de anfitrión Stefano, siempre atento a nuestras necesidades y su buena predisposición.

What a wonderful stay in Boutique Art Villa Maria! The apartment is private, really comfortable, quiet, spacious, very clean and has positive vibes. The garden is beautiful, you can use the laundry room and the outdoor showers which was great when coming back from the beach. The shop is just a few meters down the road, a coffee shop and a restaurant just a few minutes walk. The beautiful beaches are reachable by foot and a bus stop a couple of minutes if you wish to go to Olbia. I also want to point out that the owner of the apartment was amazing, very kind, helpful, friendly and felt welcome as soon as we arrived, everything was easy and he was always available if we needed anything. I truly recommend this apartment! It is so peaceful and had a fantastic time. I would definitely go back!

I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, la casa è ben curata e accogliente con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una bella vacanza. Il market è a pochi passi, molto utile.

Comfortable ground apartment with a porch, nice garden and external douche. Quiet street, close to a supermarket and the Squalo beach. Wonderful host.

The house has a beautiful patio and garden where you can relax The beautiful Pittulongu beach is close by, walking distance. Same for the bus stop for the bus going to Olbia. There is beach equipment available at the house (umbrella, sand toys for kids, beach mats)
