Ubicación estupenda, urbanización que ya conocíamos, fantástica. La decoración y equipamiento de la casa eran correctos, dentro de la media en la zona. Apreciamos mucho la tranquilidad, sin ruido por la noche y buena privacidad, a pesar de ser un adosado

Located in the residential area of Prainha Clube in Alvor. Easy access to the beach and swimming pools.

The equipment is very old and should be replaced. Even the broom looks like it's 50 years old. Considering the prices of this residence, it shouldn’t be a problem to buy a new broom for just €3–€5. The same applies to the coffee machine — it's outdated and very basic, offering little in terms of functionality. It still uses old-fashioned filters. The clothing rack is also in poor condition — very old and not practical. The place also has an issue with ants and insects. The owners leave a note saying you must clean daily to avoid them, but how is that supposed to happen without providing proper cleaning materials? This responsibility shouldn’t be pushed onto guests without the right tools to manage it. Most of the doors inside the accommodation — including room and bathroom doors — do not close properly. They scrape against the floor and make a loud, unpleasant noise whenever someone enters or exits, which is very disruptive, especially at night. These small things may seem minor, but they add up and significantly impact the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, the stay was okay, but the comfort level was quite low. The main highlight is the location — it’s in the lovely Prainha Clube residential area. Unfortunately, this particular accommodation does not live up to the standards usually associated with Prainha Clube. I suggest the owners to invest some little money in renovating this can only have a better positive impact on their rental business.

It was central. Alessandra kept in touch and the msnage mentioned office was open everyday. Loved the location.

Nothing

We loved coming back to the property each day from the beach or pool, it’s lovely white walls and decor instantly relaxed you and we’re a welcome retreat from the sun. extremely comfortable property.

The bathrooms could be updated but otherwise everything was great.
