"LOcked inside an apartment on the sixth floor with no help!"

I have to say I’m very disappointed by the response of your team and by the way this entire situation was handled. Your team claims to have tried to help “in the best way possible”, but that is simply not true. We were completely locked inside an apartment on the sixth floor, and no one was reachable for hours. I called multiple times — no answer. I even had to search online for another contact number myself, and when I finally managed to reach someone, the promises that were made were not kept. Nobody came to help us, and we were left in an unsafe and extremely stressful situation. What makes this even more frustrating is that this incident came after you had already changed my original booking at the last minute, moving us from the old city center to a much less convenient area. Even though that caused extra transport costs every day, I accepted it without complaint and tried to remain understanding. But being trapped and ignored in a foreign country is simply unacceptable. The beginning of our holiday was completely ruined, and I truly expected your company to take responsibility and show some form of goodwill or compensation. The lack of accountability is very disappointing and shows little regard for your guests’ safety and experience. I have to share my experience publicly so that other travelers are aware of what happened.
