Great location, clean

Heather was not working but we had an hot air fan which we used to heat the apartment up

The house is very clean and beautiful

Some lights can not be used but the owner does not answer me. So the room is dark when using in nighttime.

Noisy, we could hear everything of the outside

Spacious bathroom, excellent clothes washer, well equipped kitchen.

Low clearance in some places made it too easy to bump your head.

Great loft. Spacious enough for 2 people. Clean and with air conditioning. If you’re looking to be close to the São Bento station, Rua Santa Catarina and bars it’s a great location.

For our liking it was a bit far from Porto’s Centro historico, up São Bento station. We preferred being closer to the river/Praça da Ribeira.

Great location and facilities, spacious bathroom. Amazing value for money and lovely owners.

TV is at an odd angle so difficult to watch and only skylight as window.

When we arrived at the location first it was a bit confusing how to get the keys and go inside. To be fair though, that’s probably on me for not researching properly. Anyway, we send the host a text and she gave us the instructions via text and video. Instructions were clear, the host was friendly, helpful and replied to text super fast, which was great! The apartment was clean enough, i would say. Better than most places I stayed before, but some area's could do with a bit extra care. Overall a nice tidy place. The location is great. We could easily walk to all the main spots in the city, or to the riverside or whatever. No loud noises at night at this location, so you can enjoy some quiet sleep. The apartment feels like you got your own home for a few days.

The bed is not very comfortable to be honest. Would be nice to get some more clean towels on arrival, we only got 1 p.p. for a few weeks. Now we had to wash them (no biggie, but some extra would be nice)

Great position, near to one of the best areas of the city. Well connected. Kind host (Janette).

Spotlessly clean, newly refurbished apartment in a perfect location. Spacious shower-room. Useful kitchen. It's nicely dark during the night and early morning hours, so my sleep was not disturbed.
