Notre séjour à Dimora Tre Soli s'est parfaitement déroulé. Le logement était particulièrement agréable : très confortable, bien équipé et avec une décoration soignée. La literie est confortable, l'emplacement au cœur d'Avola est parfait pour profiter de l'animation de la ville et, de manière étonnante, facile à garer. Quel bonheur de partager un repas avec les enfants et l'apéritif avec Madame sur cette belle terrasse face au Dôme. Mais au delà du logement, conforme à la description: ce que nous avons sincèrement apprécié c'est la gentillesse, la disponibilité et l'efficacité de notre hôte. Pleine d'attentions, elle a trouvé les activités que nous recherchions, nous a constamment conseillé ...et elle nous a même fait un cadeau en partant. Un grand merci: c'était parfait!

Beautiful place, wonderful hosts, amazing area - I truly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful modern property in the heart of Avola, Sicily. The apartment was immaculately clean, stylish, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The roof terrace was an absolute highlight—perfect for enjoying the peaceful views over the rooftops of the city. Our hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, always ready to help with anything we needed. As a thoughtful gesture, they even gave us a beautiful gift to remember our stay and the charm of this city. We felt truly welcomed and would highly recommended this accommodation if you want to visit Avola. Xx

Best host you can wish for!

Location - right in the middle of old town, with parking available next to the apartment. The unit itself was rather spacious, quite new with all the amenities needed. The host was friendly and communicated well. It was a great stay overall!

There are quite steep stairs inside which may cause difficulties for people with mobility issues. Also the water pump just outside the apartment was rather loud, and was on constantly during the day.

A very comfortable base to explore this area of Sicily.

you really need a car. it’s possible on the trains and buses but would be amazing if you had a car. also this property has 1.5 bathrooms. 1 full bath and one half.

Host very generous. Left local products for us wine, beer , almonds. Checked on us to see everything ok. House beautifully renovated with everything you need. Near to amenities

The apartment is situated very nicely in a central, but quiet street in Avola. great starting point for many excursions in the area. we have never had problems finding a parking lot. the apartment itself is very modern, new and nicely furnished. very comfortable bed in the bedroom. Helpful and friendly hosts that responded quickly to any requests. we were greeted with a bottle of wine and biscuits, there were water bottles already, which was very nice to have. great roof terrace with a beautiful view.

apartment isn’t ideal for a family with small children (like ours), since there are a lot of stairs (2 floors). the second bedroom doesn’t have much privacy, because there is no door. the sofa bed there is not the most comfortable. would be a great apartment for a family with bigger kids or friends that know each other quite well :). the shower could be newer (doors don’t close well).
