Villa Orizzonte sullo Jonio

Excellent position, at altitude, with a wonderful view over the city of Avola and the sea. A wonderful place to wake up in the morning, where you can spend your day by the pool, high above the city and the sea. We spent the evenings by the pool or on the terrace, with the same wonderful view. Very quiet place with a generous yard and garden, surrounded by a few properties. Barbecue with coal in the yard. Spacious, bright house with a large terrace above the pool and with a special view. The kitchen well equipped and a laundry washing machine. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds. Sebastiano, our friendly host, was very attentive and prompt. He gave us a lot of useful informations about where to go and what to do, so we visited wonderful places and beaches around.

Being a high area, sometimes the wind can disturb. We had the bad luck to catch two days with a few rainy and windy hours. A good opportunity to visit the cities and beaches in the area. But the bad weather did not last and the forecast was very precise, so we could arrange our program according to it. Located at about 15 minutes by car from Avola, our teenagers felt sometimes isolated, but the wonderful wiew and beautiful house payed it off.
