Spiders, non working TV , host was worthless, promised help never came. Refused early check-in. But Maid walked right in without notice at 10:00 when we getting ready to check out. No recommend from me.

They need to invest in some proper descent pillows for all beds and more towels per person

Great location for us. Hosts made everything easy from beginning to end of booking. Extremely clean. It was so nice to be in a townhome with all the comforts of a high star hotel.

House was very clean and set up well for our visit. Check in information was provided and overall process was seamless, good communication. Kitchen contained all of the needed items and other amenities like laundry and ironing board (could upgrade to full size) were very much appreciated. Located close to airport, downtown and major highways so situated well. Would stay at this location again in the future.

It was a nice place, cute and clean, As far as looks go, you got a 5 star. However, I give it a 3 star, because there were no wash clothes, no paper towels, no napkins of any kind. I could even find a towel in the kitchen to dry my hands off. The upstairs was an oven, and the downstairs was cold. I dont understand why there was no air-conditioning upstairs. It made it difficult to sleep, I had to go buy a wash clothes and a fan, just to be comfortable. For how much it cost, it was great. Also, the T.V. only works if you have an Apple iPhone. So we could watch T.V. So unless you fix those things, we won't be back. And I wouldn't give it a 5 star until then. Lynda Finance.

Nothing as the property was not clean and we were unable to stay.

The code for the keypad did not work but the host opened the door remotely. Upon entry the unit was not cleaned. McDonalds French fries and trash scattered about, sofa bed pulled out with used linens. The host remotely opened the door to the unit next door only to find used towels on the bathroom floors and the beds slept in and unmade. Their third property was already rented so we had to leave and find a last minute hotel room on a busy weekend with many graduations and sports tournaments in town. We went to 6 hotels and called 12 before finding a place that had rooms. Quite a disappointing experience with no reparations at all offered by the host other than a last-minute refund.

no garbage bags or paper towels in the kitchen. This is one thing I hate about doing Air b&b vs hotel. they don’t want to provide you with necessities for a few nights…but there is coffee, salt & pepper, and seasonings. 🤷🏽‍♀️ everything else was great. Had to cut our stay short a full day due to emergency at home…so that kinda sucked!

Location was great! Easy Check in. The unit was spacious.

Lack of Amenities. The property was so basic. Definitely a Wal-Mart Special, and not a “Better Homes” situation. 100% Mainstay. Super Cheap. No wash clothes in the home. The TV situation lacks. The beds were mega pillow tops. Works for some, not so much for others. Needs coasters for bedroom. Queen bedroom had damage, and after a large deposit no one wants to pay for previous guests damage if it wasn’t caught. Overall just no character, sad with so much potential for the area.

Really clean and beautiful town homes. It was also for a fantastic and unbeatable price.

There were no sheets for the pull out bed anywhere in the home and we got in too late to call someone for it. I emailed the next day and never got a reply.
