GBThe views across towards the coastline were amazing. The property was more spacious than expected. The shower was extremely powerful which was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. We liked watching the cows, peacocks, peahens and chickens. Great location for visiting many places. Thanks for the fresh quails eggs. The owners were away but we were made to feel very welcome by their daughter and the dog sitter.
It was a shame we couldn't leave the door open as the weather was very hot, because flys kept coming in. It would have been better with a beaded curtain (for example) for air flow.
USThe bothy was nicely furnished and quite comfortable. It was delightful to watch the peacocks, chickens and cows. Owners were very welcoming and helpful with suggestions for local visits and hidden gems.
It would have been nice to have a map of the walks around the quarry. I got lost in the woods.
