Calme, je pense que c'est peut-être agréable lorsqu' il fait beau et chaud.Mais pour nous ce n'était pas le cas en janvier.

En janvier, il n'y a pas de chauffage,l'installation électrique est vétuste,le compteur électrique disjoncte en permanence,la salle de bains est à l'extérieur pour la chambre du sous sol. Des chats font leurs déjections dans l'entrée et la patio. Stationnement compliqué (entouré de crottes de chats et chiens)

"Casa de ensueño"

La casa es super acogedora, había coladuria por sombrilla incluso, pinzas en abundancia,tendedero, todos los utensilios de cocina imaginables y otras muestras de baño que no utilizamos por motivos medioambientales. El pequeño patio exterior donde se podía estar era muy agradable y pudimos descansar a gusto después de nuestras excursiones Había todo lo que podíamos imaginar y más

La localización porque Erese sólo tiene tiendas pequeñas carísimas y el acceso a la casa es muy difícil porque tiene una pendiente del 30% y es muy difícil aparcar porque hay muy poca zona para maniobrar

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei nicht ganz so gutem Wetter kann man das Frühstück auch im super netten Esszimmer mit Meerblick genießen. Lage ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zu allen Seiten der Insel.

Parken und vor allem wenden vor dem Haus nur mit kleinem, wendigen Auto empfehlenswert. Aber sonst parken oben an der Hauptstraße auch kein Problem. Das Bett ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal getauscht werden. Das zweite Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt, ist allerdings außerhalb des Wohnungstür im Untergeschoss…muss man halt wissen, wenn man 4 Schlafplätze braucht.

La casa estupenda, con el encanto de casa canaria antigua, vistas increíbles y super fresquita

El Banco de madera azul ubicado en el pasillo, destiñe, hay que tener cuidado con lo que se pone encima ya que mancha la ropa

"Cozy and well situated!"

The house is in a great location to see the island. The place is very nice and has a small garden with an orange and a lemon tree in it. There is also a courtyard protected from wind. You could comfortably stay here with a group of 4-5 persons. Overall, a lovely place for a vacation!

Managing the car is the most difficult part, as the driveway is very steep and narrow and there are neighbours down below, so you can't just leave the car on the road. Watch out with the bumper when parking in the garage as it could easilt get scratched.
