Sweet Modern Country Cottage with Garden

The location is very good for walking into Frome town centre. Quite and pleasent area close to a very nice church.

Certain aspects of the property need attention. Mainly the cleanleness of the lower oven and locks on the downstairs toilet. There was some staining on the mattress in the on-suit bedroom.

Beautiful garden, plenty of parking space. Great kitchen, lovely rooms.

WiFi terrible - tried watching Strictly on catch-up and it kept 'dropping off'! Also kept losing it on our phones. Bit annoying having to go out to the garage to get ice from the freezer! Path overgrown and garage very cluttered - freezer contained someone's personal items - felt like we were intruding.....

Perfect location for us as we were spending a couple of days at Longleat. Frome is a lovely town very querky.

A couple of things which should be addressed there was a large build up of rubbish outside the property so I knocked on a neighbours door to find out about rubbish day, we took it all up to the main road on the appropriate day. The neighbours were relieved. Also on stripping the beds they were without protectors which really would have impacted the holiday had we checked at the beginning of the holiday because the mattresses were very stained.

In particular, the conservatory and garden were lovely. Good size comfortable lounge and well equipped kitchen.

Dishwasher needs de-scaling, cobwebs around kitchen window and dead fly on kitchen windowsill. Mattress in second bedroom sunk in the middle.
