USThe location was perfect. The unit was superficially good. It had a significant amount of kitchen utensils.
The unit had the living room and kitchen on the upper level and two bedrooms on the lower level. The air conditioners did not keep the place cool on either location. They were not powerful enough to cool the place. It was stifling hot in the living room and bedrooms, especially the second bedroom. In the living room area, if you turned on the TV, ceiling fan, and air conditioner, it would blow the circuit in the circuit box on the lower level, which means you would have to go from the top level to the bottom level to reset through switch in the circuit box. You could not sit, even a little bit comfortably, in the living room area and watch tv because it was toooooo hot. In order to watch TV, you had to watch it in the master bedroom even with it very warm and very uncomfortable. There is no TV in the second bedroom west that means if you had two couples there, both couples would have ti watch television in the master bedroom. The location of the condo faces west. All afternoon the sun beats down huge glass windows with a very flimsy curtain blocking the light and excessive heat from the sun. A set of sunblocking curtains would resolve the excessive heat and ultimately save the air conditioner running almost 24 hrs to no avail.
