We liked everything about this villa. If I could give it a million stars I would. The pool was lovely, the rooms were spacious, the views out of this world, air conditioning in the bedrooms was an absolute godsend! Dmitry was so friendly and helpful, before our stay and during our stay. The beach was about 10 seconds away! Lovely places to eat right on your doorstep. Highly recommend the veranda restaurant. And a couple of little shops right next to the villa. There's a bus stop about 2-3 mins walk away takes you to Kotor. Everyone we met was super friendly and helpful. Everyone from car hire, to boat trips, to our host, to the friendly staff in the restaurants and shops. The villa is perfect, we highly recommend it. Orahovoc is like a little piece of heaven on earth. There's a little walk up to a cute little church. A must see. That's in one of the photos, other photos, sunset over our beach. It would have been nice to have a welcome pack with bread, milk and butter as the shop was closed on Sunday which was the day we arrived.

The location was perfect. 30 seconds to the bay, very easy walking distance to 4 cafe / restaurants and small shops. Very close to Kotor and Perast (we hired a car). Bedrooms all air conditioned and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. As advertised. Lovely!

The location is ideal, with stunning views of Kotor Bay (much nicer than the views from Kotor) the village is the ideal size for a relaxed holiday with still enough to do, and plenty of places to eat and drink. The charming village of Perast is also only 5mins away in the car. The Villa itself is literally a stone's throw from the water, is plenty big enough for a large family, has all the amenities you could wish for, and has the bonus of its own pool! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Montenegro itself seems to be about 30 years behind in terms of catering to tourists, Tivat airport is little more than a chaotic village hall, and nearly every restaurant menu is identical - offering fare from the early 80's. Having said that, it only adds to the unspoiled charm. The Villa only has A/C in the bedrooms, the beds are old style mattresses with no padding over the firm springs, the car port needs shade from the sun, and the stairs down from the road to the villa needs a handrail. This was ultimately my fault, but BE WARNED, this rental is cash only! I didn't realise, and it was certainly a surprise when we arrived!

Absolutely amazing location - not too far from Kotor but away from the crowds. The pool is perfect and the little beach just 20 seconds walk. There is a lovely cafe at the end of the beach with gorgeous views, perfect for a snack, evening drink or dinner. The villa is really big, you could easily fit two families in. And the bedrooms have air-con. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a nice outdoor BBQ. Dmitri was a lovely host.

The location was amazing, the house had everything a mixed family of seven could need. The host was friendly. The location was great for exploring.
