Amazing host, amazing property, we highly recommend you stay here. The property is clean and fully equipped. Beautiful location too!

The host is friendly and made an effort to explain things to us when we arrived. Despite being small, the house is quite modern inside and everything was very new clean.

No toilet paper was provided. After a long bus journey this was a problem for us. We love animals but there were around 6 not very clean outdoor cats always hanging around the house, including their poo. This meant we couldn’t hang our clothes up outside because they would often jump around and rub up against the clothes. The cats sometimes try to get in the house and sit up by the windows too. There was also no flexibility for payment. On the app it said “credit card not required” but did not say “only cash accepted”. We didn’t have enough cash on us for the 8 night stay. This wasn’t made clear on the listing and booking process and caused some problems for us, since we always pay by credit card on Booking. Neither was the extra fee made clear, which included €20.14 for electricity as well as a cleaning fee. From our perspective, this looked like a hidden charge as it wasn’t clear at during booking and the confirmation. We all assume the final price is on the bottom line but apparently Booking doesn’t give you the total price and charges fees in 2 different currencies. Confusing and disappointing from guest’s perspective and in the end this didn’t turn out to be the budget option we had first thought it would be.

Great wee cottage set in a quiet location not far from old town and great view. Great value for money and the family that owns it were very friendly and helpful

Communication with Denis and Milica was very spontaneous. They reached out to me on Whatsapp and instructed me about the location. Milica was present to receive me at the gate and gave me a full tour and made herself readily available. The facilities in the room were excellent, beyond what was required by me. Everything was absolutely spotless and clean and seemed new and fresh. All amenities are present, including cooking utensils, cutlery, fresh towels and linen and laundry products. GREAT value for money!

While it is not a negative of the location, but taxis sometimes did not agree to go to Skaljari (because they want longer trips to make more money). However, it is not a big issue at all to walk back here, and if you're lucky (like me on a couple of nights), you will also find taxis on the way who will take you back.

Super nice & very helpful hosts. Always happy to give advice on places worth seeing. Nice little cottage with everything you may need while exploring Bay of Kotor. Nice view on the part of the Bay of Kotor below. Parking space provided. It's within walking (15min ish) distance to Old Town (there is a shortcut). Nearest shop & gas station can be reached in 5min.

It was a great journey with a pleasant stay at Dolce Casa! All the declared facilities are appropriate to reality, so it feels like staying at home in terms of domestic routine. Denis and the members of his family are courteous in usual talking and any request that may arise. It's a really good choice to stay and worth the money you pay.

We can speak only in superlatives about Dolce Casa! We had such a wonderful time here! And we enjoyed very nice hospitality! This great, quiet, peaceful accommodation is situated on a hillside with a wonderful view of Kotor town and the bay. All the host family members are very kind, friendly and helpful. The house is very nice, cosy, and every square inch of it is excellently designed and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is convenient, it has its own parking, but there is also a free parking lot not far from the accommodation from where you can explore the old town of Kotor. We would definitely like to return here! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Well equipped, small cottage with a terrace and great view, perfect for short stay. There is a washing machine and place where you can hang a laundry. It is about 20 minutes from city center and all necessary facilities are close.

You need openstreetmap app to get there, we didn't want to step in private property and couldn't find the place, but the host helped us to find it. The shortcut takes 5-6 minutes through old stones, sometimes it was inconvenient to get down, especially during the rain (knee injury). There is a lot of mosquitos, so take a spray with you. Be aware the tourist tax is included in total price (we were asked to pay additionally).

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE IT 20/10!! everything was great, The host was very nice and helpful! The place was tidy and had some features like a stove and a microwave that are uncommon in most places. The house is brand new and you also get a place to sit outside and have a nice breakfast for example. It’s 10-15 min on foot to the old town in a peaceful area.
