Très belle maison typique de Kyoto: une chambre pour les parents, une chambre avec futons pour les enfants. Salon japonais au RDC. Un adorable jardin. Ciusine bien équipée: cafetière, micro-onde, ... Très bien située, quartier très vivant (restos, bars), à coté de bus/train. Check in avec digicode, très pratique et rapide. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et très réactifs aux messages. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises à midi et profiter de la ville l'après midi.

Juste pour info, je pense que c'est typique de ces maisons, mais il n'y a pas de rangement pour les habits (nous les avons laissé dans les valises). Et il nous a fallu l'aide de l'IA pour faire fonctionner la machine à laver !!

화장실 타일 단차로 발이 다칠 수 있음 욕조 사용이 어려움(오이다키 기능이 없어 매번 온수를 채워야함) 제공된 수건의 질이 좋지 않음(털이 너무 빠지고 날림)

The property is huge and so beautiful, the best one I stayed in in our 20 days trip. Had 2 levels, traditional Japanese style but with a modern touch, very large living space and tea room, and 1 tv room, 1 western and 1 tatami room. Had all the facilities to do the washing and drying, and superb location, easily reachable by subway. Lots of restaurants, convenient stores around. Air-con, humidifier, underfloor heating were all much appreciated. Communication with the host was so seamless and always fast response. We were a family of 6, and loved every minute of our stay, made a huge positive impact on the trip!

The location was excellent. A few minutes walk to Kyoto shopping area, Gion and restaurants. The house was very clean. The lounge area was very nice and comfortable. The host was very responsive and on hand to answer any questions.

It was a little difficult to figure out how to use the shower and washing machine. More clearer instructions in English would have been helpful There was only one bed made up for us when we arrived even though we had booked a 2 bedroom property. I had to search for bedding to make an extra bed up and the host wanted to charge me extra for using another bed. I had booked 2 bedrooms as we were 2 people travelling and wanted our own rooms. Luckily she waived this extra fee for us in the end. Some storage would have been nice as there was no where to unpack and hang your clothes but this is a traditional Japanese house and I think its quite standard.
