the house was very clean, the owner was very helpful, excellent communication , very quite, ideal for our stay as we were at a tournament at the northern snooker centre

Apartment was perfect for a work trip and really easy to get in and out of the city centre with a short taxi ride. Would definitely stay again.

"Just book a hotel as this is not home from home."

The location was easily accessible to the motorway and city centre. The beds were very comfortable.

It was freezing and the boiler system was old and extremely noisy. To the point it woke my children up. We had to put the oil radiator in the room all night so they didn’t freeze. It didn’t matter that the heating was left on it could not warm up the property. The hot water also only lasted for two minutes so we could not have a hot bath and the shower was lukewarm.
