Everything you needed for a wonderful stay. It felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable, spacious, wonderful location. We loved Lucca and this apartment allowed us to enjoy the city to its fullest. Anna left some treats for us on arrival, it felt like you were staying with a friend instead. Anna was also very responsive to any questions. Would definitely recommend

"Comfortable, clean, perfectly located apartment."

The location, beds were comfortable, very clean.

The lighting could have been better. And there are 33 steps up to the apartment and was very difficult getting luggage up. Also it’s in a pedestrian piazza so can’t get your car anywhere close.

"Lovely Lucca"

Although we didn't get to meet Anna, all our WhatsApp communications were promptly and professionally handled. The apartment was well presented with a modern fit out. Excellent air conditioning throughout. Very spacious with two generous bedrooms and comfortable lounge area. We did have a power outage which was promptly fixed by accessing a new powerboard located behind the portrait of Jesus in the hallway. Situated 5 minutes away from the Piazza Dell' Anfiteatro and up to 15 minutes from everything else. Thank you Anna. We loved Lucca.

Access to the apartment was via 34 steps which may be an issue for arthritically challenged guests. I managed though!

"Lovely spacious apartment in a great location"

The location was very good, lots of lovely cafes and restaurants on your doorstep, The apartment was very quiet and peaceful. We had a lovely comfortable stay, rooms were spacious and very clean, the owner was in contact during our stay to see if we had everything we needed. Welcome gifts were a lovely touch too! Will definitely return next year!
