good location for people who cook . No cafes close by

We need at leat 3 toilets and 3 shower rooms. What is available not sufficient for a large group of 11

Excellent location right on the lake, beautiful views. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks. There is plenty of room for kids/large group.

The house needs a major renovation, I wasn't expecting 5 star but the house is damp, you could smell the damp and there was black mould over the window frames in the upstairs room. In the very least the house needs a deep clean, there were cobwebs and built up dust etc. The carpet is very old and dirty. If it wasn't for this we would be happy to stay again. Also, the two queen bed rooms are detached from the main house and join together with a door between them. Both rooms could only be accessed by one sliding door as the sliding door to the other room was broken and the lock was being held together with a nail.

Clean and tidy. Loved the view of the lake. Nice and quiet area. Plenty of room for everyone.

The house was very dated (60's/70's era). No shower in the ensuite. Floor in the kitchen is badly cracked. The floor in the loft and the stairs creaked badly.

Location of the site. Because the site is located just by the side of Lake Taupo.

Sofa sets need to be replaced. Also, some decoration works is needed.
