Casa con terraza y hermoso jardín comunal

De accommodatie ligt in een prachtig aangelegd 'witte huisjes'-wijkje, Oasis genaamd. Mooie beplanting, uitzicht op zee (in de verte), laagbouw architectuur, rustige plek. Werkelijk alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig in het appartement, behalve dan een vaatwasser. Hoewel het appartement enigszins gedateerd is, was het wel goed onderhouden. Het was m.b.v. airconditioning in februari ook goed warm te krijgen. Goede isolatie van het appartement hielp daar ook bij. Het appartement is geschikt om er ook in koudere periodes te verblijven. Gratis en meer dan voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn i.v.m. vele trappen. Vrij ver van het centrum van Nerja. Toch zeker een half uur lopen. Nu hadden wij daar geen probleem mee, maar kan me voorstellen dat anderen het te ver van het centrum vinden. Met de auto slechts 5 à 10 minuten en voldoende parkeergelegenheid in het centrum, soms ook gratis. Het dichtstbijzijnde strand vanaf het appartement is een kwartier lopen, maar houd rekening met steile wegen om er te komen. Badkamer is goed, maar eenvoudig.

Well located in beautiful surroundings

The property is tired and in need of an update . More importantly the property was grubby and in need of a deep clean . The manager although offering an extra clean declined to come to the property to inspect it . I took in excess of 20 photographs of dirty sockets,fans a cockroach and the cooker ! Very disappointing

Bardzo wygodny dom z dość dużym tarasem. Wszystkie sprzęty działały, bardzo dobra klimatyzacja i wi-fi. Piękna okolica na obrzeżach Nerji, do centrum jest kawałek. Blisko restauracja i duże sklepy. Nie korzystaliśmy z basenu, więc nie mogę nic o nim napisać. Miejsca parkingowe (bezpłatne) blisko domu i nigdy nie mieliśmy problemu z zaparkowaniem samochodu. Osiedle ciche, zielone, z widokiem na morze.

Villa is located on absolutely stunning grounds. There are quite a few steps down to the pool and up to the street level, but we expected that and was no problem at all. 10 mins walk to 2 big supermarkets, a couple of nice restaurants nearby. The pool is very private and was never busy. The host was always available to help with any questions. We will definitely be back!

A truly delightful place that offers everything you could possibly need. Despite it being winter, the rooms were surprisingly warm and cozy. The apartment boasts a spacious terrace that's sheltered from the wind and offers a high level of privacy. We enjoyed the peaceful and well-maintained surroundings. The location is perfect - serene, tidy, and conveniently close to a supermarket, with a beach within walking distance. Plus, ample parking spaces were available (during the winter months).

Accessing the street level from the apartment requires climbing some stairs. While not many, it could be challenging for those with heavy luggage or a baby stroller.
